HVAC Install Helper

We are hosting a hiring day on Tuesday, April 14th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM! We are looking for HVAC technicians, HVAC Installers, HVAC Helpers, Plumbers and Electricians! We will have snacks and refreshments for everyone throughout the day and we strongly encourage you to bring a friend who is interested as well! Below is what we are looking for in candidates but we are open to all experience!

Schedule : Must be willing to work Saturday

What You'll Do: 

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications 
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation 
•  Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act 
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan 
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance 

What You'll Bring: 

• 1-3 Years HVAC installation experience required
• EPA Certificatin is a PLUS 
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school 
• An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record 
• Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance 
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
