**Position Overview:**
The HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating service calls, dispatching technicians, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client issues. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused approach to service. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services, along with excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

Schedule : M-F 8-4

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive incoming service requests from clients via phone, email, or online portal and enter details into the dispatching system.
- Assign service calls to appropriate HVAC, plumbing, or electrical technicians based on skillset, availability, and location.
- Communicate job details, scheduling changes, and client updates to technicians in the field via phone, radio, or mobile app.
- Monitor technician schedules and job progress, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule service appointments, confirm appointments, and provide updates on technician arrival times.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and client communication in the dispatching system.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members and department managers to optimize dispatching processes and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferrably in a call center environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, technicians, and team members.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and dispatching software; experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is preferred.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts or challenges effectively.
